Terrible customer service. Looks so fake I'll never be able to use them. Looks like Halloween clown wig hair. Not at all as they are advertised in the video. I have large hair extensions and they are beautiful that is more like I was expecting especially for the price.
Regardless of what processing does to the hair, there should have been a statement informing the consumer of that fact. And the color representation online, in comparison to the unprocessed hair, should have been consistent with the actual product. I consider what I experienced as false advertising.
