I was placing online order, but there was some technical error in the website because of which it was not picking up the right shipping address that I was trying to put, on the contrary it was picking up another shipping address from my previous purchase. They should either resend the parcel or refund my money, but they just choose not to reply to the emails at all. Worst experience ever. Do not shop from here ever.
I emailed the customer service several times with my correct shipping address and finally got a reply on the 7th day. The person replying wrote to me that they have changed my shipping address to the correct one and the item will be shipped soon. Still nothing yet!! It looks a scam!
