I simply don't trust this company. If anyone else was caught cheat, they'd be banned, no questions asked and no leniency. There should be no room on any respectable chess site for double standards or cheating.

I think they just got too much money and now want to loose their customers get themselves bankrupt. Chess.com just blocked my account and when asked for which game, they will not say a thing. Just ignore the email.

It makes my chess good and I was able to find new friends and I learned many things especially from one friend! I really love this app. hess is so fun! Chess.com has many puzzles that made me better at chess. Lessons too!

They don't let you progress and that is mean. I paid premium membership and did not get a refund. They are the ones who are not playing fairly. Very disappointed.
