Extremely sweet and service minded staff on our flight. Everything regarding safety seemed very professional. give Brussels Airlines 5 big stars and would love to travel with them again. Thank you Brussels Airlines!

A complete disgrace for a service oriented company. I would suggest all football fans and all other to avoid booking with you. Our one day flight to Brussels to see a match has turned out to be a nightmare because of your non existing customer support.

Thanks for a very tumultuous but yet pleasant journey. I will certainly go with Brussels Airlines again as I now know that they always take the security before anything else and that their staff is professional and knows how to handle travellers in a very stressful situation.

Following a phone conversation with the support agent from Brussels airlines,the agent claimed that they cannot add this insurance to my flight and they proposed me to search for a different insurance or cancel my flight and book it again. A bit disappointed.

The worst airline and the very worst customer service!! Stay away!!! We were refused to have our boarding pass because the new Brussels airlines internal measurements changed at the last minute according to the check in staff.
