The service is terrible I mean there is no any service at all! Can’t even talk to anyone from their team about the refund,can’t sent any email..Never use this in future.

The Consumer Service number belongs to some other company. This website is the biggest scam. Never use this website. They are awful scammers and liars.

Bravofly will return the money as soon as they get the money from the flight company. The process takes time, there are millions who are waiting for their refunds and it is normal to wait for several months. I had no problems with Bravofly.

I found the experience with Bravofly to be simple, accurate and easy to complete and as a bonus and they found me the flights I needed and at a super price and they’ve proven to be trustworthy, so that’s all I need and as I fly several times a year, I will be hoping I can deal with Bravofly again.

There is absolutely no way to contact Bravofly on the phone, only automated messages, and we could neither cancel the flights. We ended up having to wait until it was almost too late to check in, to avoid us paying for the flight twice, and then having to buy the flights again over the phone to the airline whilst at the check-in counter at the last minute. Very stressful.
