I can’t get a hold of anyone I’ve emailed and tried to use the tracking number. Definitely not satisfied. There is no way to purchase a replacement on your site. I sent a service request that went unanswered.

The chain can go way up and slap back down, or what easily happens in the stand, no matter how far you screw that B adjustment bolt in, the guide pulley or the cage just slams into a bigger cog and the chains stacks up and locks up. Not great experience.
