It took 2 weeks to get any sort of response, which was that I wasn't covered, apparently, paying 3 times the standard premium only gets you fire and water damage, not theft. This was never pointed out to me nor discussed.

Very helpful and efficient in taking money, but sadly very slow in responding to inquire and replying. I’ve forwarded everything which was requested immediately. As yet after several days no response from Bollington.

It's been 4 days nobody wants to answer the phone and take money out of my account with out any notice or explanation I will be cancelling my insurance, worst experience ever in my life.
