We pride ourselves on our customer service and satisfaction. Bambi Baby wants to make your shopping experience simple and easy with a well informed staff to answer any and all of the questions you may have. Bambi Baby will do whatever needs to be done to accommodate our customers. Establishing a relationship is a priority to us.

 We offer a wide range of furniture, strollers/car seats, and clothing & accessories at some of the lowest possible prices.

Horrible customer service with zero compassion for the babies who use their products. Don’t buy from them!

No sign of my order. Inquired about the order and had no response and the website didn’t recognize my order number. But, they managed to work out taking my money. VERY UPSET with how this is going!

The staff is very friendly and helpful, from the original sale, to the delivery. The furniture came in early and Bambi Baby held onto it. We were able to schedule the delivery and the delivery and assembly took less than half hour. The furniture looks beautiful.
