This is one of the best customer service experiences I've ever had, particularly because it was not smooth. As with individuals, companies reveal their true character when things do not go according to plan, and Aventis passed this test with flying colors. I'm not sure that I'll ever have the need to work with Aventis again, but if they are an option in the future, I will certainly purchase computer equipment from them again.
