After using I liked some of the products but 2 of the products started giving me some irritation on my face,as i have very sensitive skin. When I called customer service ,i spoke to someone and she talked to me very politely and gave me full refund for those 2 products. Really appreciate her for understanding the situation and excellent customer service.
I recently purchased facial serum/cream. Prior to purchasing the products, I called with questions regarding if/how I could incorporate the Aveda products with my current routine. I was given instructions as to how to do that and I placed my order. When I received the order, I was unable to locate my notes and called again. I called twice. I chatted. I contacted them via email. Every response was the same. They could not answer my questions because they are only familiar with their own products, which clearly isn't even true.
