The part came and it was dirty and looked like all they did was pull it out of the jeep and put it in a box I went back on the site and it just said Recycled. Even if it is recycled, They could have taken a few minutes and wiped it off and took out the old fuses. The dealer refused to put it on because they could not warranty it.

They state everything would work. False transmission arrived with metal shavings in pan and inoperable. I was very disappointed.

Arrived on time, well packaged and as promised. No surprises. Good way to find used parts, and customer service is excellent!

Called the center to advise that the form was not received and was told now because the order was cancelled, I had to place the order again. To hard to do business with this firm. Disappointed in the customer service.

After you place an order, and expect it to be on its way, you get an email a day or two later asking for more information about the part you ordered to make sure it is correct. If you don’t reply to them in two days, they will ship the part and void any warranties it may come with and will not allow the item to be returned for any reason. This transaction was a real headache.
