I realized Americor cares less than zero about my situation, a situation that they didn’t create but exasperated by their disorganization and lack of urgency. AWFUL customer service and communication. Terrible company!

The people are pushy and too many emails are sent out that are useless. One of my accounts couldn’t be serviced but the other could. A couple days later I was told that none of my accounts could be serviced. Useless situation I had with them.

Thank you Americor for your help. I placed a phone call to them and found them to be both knowledgeable and helpful for my situation. The people that i worked with were kind, understanding, and made me feel at ease with my situation.

THE WORST company I’ve ever dealt with in. They never told me that if the agreement isn’t 50% or less I would need to stay in the program longer. Not a huge deal but definitely a deliberate omission.
