Every time I deal with a problem with this airline I want to whack my head against a wall it is that frustrating. Please save yourself a headache and mental breakdown and NEVER fly with Air Asia.. Their customer service is the worst I've ever dealt with.

My flight was cancelled by AirAsia and there is no one to talk to except an automated robot who is useless. I have been waiting over a year for my refund and no one ever responds to my numerous calls and emails.

No refund and worse, not even any response from a human being at this bad company. This airline is a complete scam! Do not buy from them. My booking is cancelled by the airlines and did not give me the refund.

There is zero contact with customers. Just referred to an online bot where I don't get an answer. Don’t book with these guys unless you’re desperate.

I think AirAsia is great personally, fabulous prices in the sales. Customer service is difficult to contact, of course. But it is easily the best low cost airline in the world, for me.

They tell you how to get a refund or credit, but it is really just a scam, you never get anything back. They cancelled so many flights and they kept the money of their customers!! Shame of you. DO NOT USE.
