I was very disappointed. Seem like a great product but I will never use it. The company is poor with tech support and does not want anything ongoing unless you buy paper and envelopes first.

When I started another business, I didn't need to look anywhere else. Their software program has been improved with more helpful options if you need them, which I am really excited about to make my life even easier.

I tried your product and asking about updates.. And at one point was simply told by customer service, you should just buy another copy. That was my last straw, I understand being protective of your software, but when they started making up rules as they went, I left it for good.

Having to pay money to just change my address or phone number is ridiculous. I wish I could bulk email many bills at once to one person instead of several separate emails to that one person.

The way you enter in the dates is terrible. You have to individually type in every date instead of being able to do every cut for the entire month at once. There is a wizard part, but you never do every yard every week on the same day, so it’s not a benefit at all.
