They said I can cancel the order but they will charge 30% restock fee. I did not cause the problem. They did try to install wrong window they new it was the wrong window but sent the install crew out with it hoping it would not be noticed.

If this is how you do business I am very unhappy. The representatives always seem annoyed that I call them to obtain an update. Very, very disappointed and angry.

I am very satisfied with the replacement windows installations. The windows team that came to my home were very polite, personable, and professional. They called me to set up an installation time and date. They kept their word.

They did great job. I have used their services twice and would do it again. The warranty is excellent. They look great, both inside and outside and most importantly open and close easily.
