The customer service is harassing. I just got done with a chat that seemed professional but made me feel stupid at the same time. I had a simple question that I couldn't find the answer to in the site. Instead of answering my question the associate just kept repeating what I had already read.
36monthloans.com is not a loan company at all, but rather a lead referral site which generates its revenue from "leads" sent to loan companies. The fake pre-approval information is just an enticement to get us to actually do the application and thus generate a payment.
