Had a reply to the warranty request within 24 hours, and refund with a couple of days of getting the cassette back to them. Great fast & friendly service.

For customer satisfaction, I can not speak highly about this given the costs and the experience with ordering, putting the lamps together and trying to test hoping that everything would make a 24 hour race experience better.

The items I have ordered which the website said we're in stock are back ordered and my card has been charged. I eventually get credit back. I know covid has been tough for a lot of people and a lot of businesses but it seems like a strange way to conduct business.
