There are many mouse rollover options missing, styling of text and graphics is complicated within many dialog boxes, options are hidden, elements do not snap to guides correctly, grouping is needed, masking is needed, transparency control is not fully developed. Hiding footer and not header. And more.... but I don't get the feel that your tech people are aware of these comments..
