They will not answer the phone or respond to emails. I ordered a wig 1 week ago and it was not as described ! So I asked for a refund but the company tried to convince me to keep the wig with a refund of $10... I just wanted to send back this awful wig and have my refund of $62.98. Scam and horrible !!
SCAM. First, I thought they were American. They are in China. They sent me the WRONG item. On purpose. I ordered a wig, and they literally sent me some braid strands. When I asked for a refund, they offered me 20%. You will not receive what you think you ordered. Images are used to trick you in to buying.
