Aside from being a manufacturer for sit-to-stand electric desk solutions, all of us at VersaDesk are health advocates and constantly are looking for ways to make our sedentary life one that is more healthier and productive. Our state-of-the-art designs are registered and patent pending. We have an in-house team of skilled design engineers that help give us our innovative edge, which in return helps us supply the most up-to-date electric sit-stand desk designs for office spaces, home workstations, or for the hobbyist.
First the product was falsely advertised. Product was not compatible with my iMac. I have post sales customer service a chance to assist me. After going back-and-forth numerous phone calls, emails and often times no callbacks that was promised and emails ignores, I was advised I needed to purchase additional hardware. But they did not know what hardware I needed to purchase! I ultimately returned the product.
