My girlfriend ordered a pendant and when it arrived it was rubbish. After contact she was offered a refund or replacement and she asked for the latter against my judgement. We have contacted on social media but as soon as the conversation starts it stops, and we have tried via email and on their site bit no response.
I’ve sent several emails asking for an update on my order, and I’ve received no response. I’m really starting to feel like I’m not going to get what I paid for, and they could care less that I spent $50. Which, for me, is a lot of money. I wouldn’t recommend this company that obviously has no interest in customer service.
