I can't believe the difference I feel over the past 8 years in how I feel and the sleep I must be getting over what I felt like before I started using the equipment. My condition is a pulmonary issue, that when I go into Deep REM sleep I don't get enough oxygen ( This was determined after a sleep test at the clinic). The CPAP Equipment Gives me the added oxygen I need.
I will not use another product from them. Customer service via phone or email is very mean and unhelpful. The burnt me out in ResMed and do not wish to have contact and they were very mean to me. I gave them tons of chances and they pretended not to understand me on purpose I feel in an effort to get me to give up. I give up on ResMed I was treated unkindly. I dislike ResMed products and they break quickly and the customer service is unbearably irresponsible in my situation.
It packs in a small space and works great. I bought a battery and solar charger for camping trips and, man, what a difference! I’ve used a CPAP for years, but when I camped, I always went without — and that meant untreated sleep apnea robbing me of sleep and oxygen. Not any more!
