Last week I ordered from a restaurant and watched the driver deliver my food next door. I called him and he claimed he delivered to my address exactly. After that, the delivery address on the website mysteriously changed to the actual address he took my food. I talked to customer service and explained that the address on my account wasn't the address he delivered to. I will never use a company that tries to change the facts so they don't like they made a mistake.
They charged me to use their delivery service and I had to pick up my own order. Why would anyone use a delivery service to place an order at a restaurant that you have to pick up yourself. I would have just ordered from the restaurant directly. When I placed my order I placed it for delivery and they changed it for pick up meaning I have to pick it up myself and they still charged me. When I contacted them they would not refund the delivery charge that they charged me for the order.
