We have broadened our product line, added more employees, and moved into a new and larger West Coast Distribution Center – all in effort to serve you better. We value you, our customers. It might be somewhat of a cliché to say our goal is your satisfaction, but we say it, because it’s true! We stand behind everything we sell – no questions asked.
If you purchase something from us and you don’t really love it, let us know. We will do everything we can to make it right. If we can’t make it right, then we will refund you your money.
A package never shipping nor received. Called them and the person answered was exceptionally rude by talking over me and interrupting me multiple times with excuses and defenses as to why the company was inefficient and told me that was not at all concerned what I thought. The person was very unprofessional.
Unprofessional and rude as well. This is a company that is not concerned with customers nor taking a proper business posture or positive communication with customers. Additionally, their people answering customer service telephone lines are full of excuses for not timely shipping packages.
Once when I ordered and my order was canceled. The website said there was stock when I ordered but I was told the stock was gone. I was told I was called but my phone had no record of it. Customer service essentially none. No calls and no emails at the moment. Very frustrating with this company.
