COMPLETE FRAUD COMPANY! Terrible customer service paid extra for shipping and customer service would not return my shipping cost after waiting almost a month. When I went to the post office I was told the company had to initiate the return process and they wouldn’t even do that.
I've tried calling the customer service number listed on your website, the phone rings out with no answering service. I've emailed you twice, I've received one response with no followup sense, it's now been well over a week. The lack of communication is completely unacceptable. You've taken over one hundred dollars from me, and I have not received my product, this is theft.
