Hugely disappointing! Worst website ever. There was no sign out on addition taxes or what ever during purchase. Absolutely not acceptable!!

I won’t order from Watersports Outlet again due to the delays and costs involved. The boots are too small. There is no way to wear a good pair of socks; the boots are too short.

Support phone does not work; website checkout process is unreliable. Contacted customer service. They promised a resolution and response in 48 hours. Never received a response. A terrible company with terrible customer service. Feels a scam and untrustworthy.

took around 3 weeks from the actual time I ordered. Did not arrive in time for my vacation and I had to purchase another wetsuit. On the website it said - shipping in 3 to 5 business days . Big Lie!!
