Wag! is a technology platform that supports dog walking, pet sitting, veterinary care, and training services across 4,600 cities and all 50 states. Hundreds of thousands of Pet Caregivers across America, from coast to coast, use Wag! to build their business online.
Wag! is a company that develops a dog walking mobile application intended to offer experienced and certified dog walkers instantly on the phone. Its application allows on-demand hiring for dog walking, dog sitting and dog boarding services and features GPS tracking and pup reports, enabling dog owners to track their dogs easily and receive a report card indicating the route walked, distance traveled and time taken.
Wag did not find a replacement so we had to rearrange our plans to rush home and take care of our dog. Wag offered an apology. At the very least there should have been a credit given for the major inconvenience. If customers can’t rely on your company in the care of their loved ones you usually don’t get future.
