We are a privately held company based in New York City that is run by seasoned professionals with over 100 years of combined experience in the travel industry. We have extensive experience handling pretty much all kinds of travel situations and customer support issues.

Our two founders had both built and managed a wide range of businesses engaged in the sale and delivery of travel services prior to founding SkyAuction. The rest of our team has previously worked at major airlines, hotel companies and tour operators.

We were told that the hotel did not have confirmation from sky auction for the upgraded room which was explicitly stated on the sky auction confirmation and won bid. The hotel tried to contact sky auction to confirm our room type with no response. Terrible experience.

I got a charge on my card and then an email telling us we were refunded twice so they were charging my card again. Without permission. Yes I was refunded twice for 2 different rooms one of which was there fault for charging in the first place. So my best advice is do not use them because without warning they will charge your card again!

It was like on a horrible week that I just kept praying would end. The only really nice day was a day when I was able to go to the beach. The beach was beautiful but then I had to go back to the ship.

If you don’t book by the date you loose the Auction. On my book by date I submitted my dates only to learn the next day it hadn’t been processed and my auction was converted to expired. I sent requests to customer service and received the automated response. I have never heard back and they have not refunded my deposit or even discussed with me.
