They don't respond to emails, calls, or chat. I suspect they are out of business. Anyone who gives them money does so at their own risk. As best as I can tell they are a bunch of crooks.

My advise, stay as far away from Pixels Logo Design as possible! They have no customer service or a physical address for you to chase them after you pay them and you will not see your order being delivered. I am chasing them for a year.

They stole my money. This company is a scam. They said the company sold and they can't help me with old orders....yet the website and all the contact info exactly the same.

Don't bother to ask Pixels for the following you'll never get it: a deadline they can stick to, a refund, a product that works properly and is fully tested, any level of customer service,they never answer the phone.
