I had, without exaggeration, twelve phone calls with these people; 14 emails and spent an innumerable amount of time waiting for updates from this company. After waiting for two months for a product that was lost by the delivery carrier that THEY chose, I was finally told that they would send me a replacement .
A year later I order a lamp for my office. It is missing 2 bolts that hold the lampshade to the lamp; otherwise the shades flip around. Overstock cannot send me the bolts. Overstock wants me to spend my time and money shipping it back even though they will have to throw it away because it’s useless without the bolts. Then in another email they tell me this lamp does not have bolts. I have send them a photo of the installation diagram clearly showing 2 bolts. I call them, their auto voice mail system cannot find my order number. This company should be put out of business.
