Horrible customer service!! I was not able to log on so my online account got frozen....and so did my card!! Impossible to reach them; they don’t return calls or emails.

I had to say numerous times I was not interested and the guy still kept trying to push the sales pitch. No. I had to put the phone down. So rude and ridiculous to annoy me and waste my time.

No call back for now, 2 weeks , no communication at all. I need very little BUT HUMAN help to start understanding their features that I find confusing. I have not been able to reach anyone on the phone at any time of day, night or weekend!!! EVER! POOR SERVICE .

I have called them multiple times to resolve an issue and they never pick up their calls. They even refuse to answer my emails. This goes to show that they have very little concern for their customers.

They promise discount on first time you use the card and they did not honor it. It's a horrible company, that's very primitive and nothing professional about them. Very aggravating and frustrating!
