Custumer service is a nightmare they do not answer e-mails they do not answer calls. There customer service is AWFUL! Can't get anyone on the phone. They never call you back when you leave messages and they never actually reply to any emails you sent through the system.
Juiced Bikes has numerous issues and I had a total ride time of 15 minutes. Support is almost non-existent. You cannot reach them on the phone. Just a recording that they are too busy and no option to leave a message. Online help is almost zero. They treat existing customers with contempt and completely ignore what is written.
