Specially during the lockdown, they surely have sold thousands of tickets, all matches couldn’t take place because of lockdown and they refunded none. They have taken 4 months to respond and finally told me I had no chance of getting a refund.

I still have to get my refund after 2 months. Very bad. And they have a few companies so they can go bust probably. There are no guarantees with this company and their terms and conditions give you no rights-or so they think! Do not use, they are a rip off company

Absolutely disgraceful. I've had an absolutely shocking experience. No tickets, no refund, no customer service. In fact when I try to call the company to refund my ticket purchase ,they hang up immediately. Scam!!!
