Grest Jones did not explain to anyone how their application process work. If they know someone was going to move their application over then they shouldn't let the home available. Please do yourself a favor and ask questions before applying. A lesson learned and money lost. Time wasted.
They keep threaten to withhold security deposit and sounds like they will make up stuff to not refund the deposit. You can’t talk to the owners and only deal with the manager. It is a scam and horrible management company. There is no accountability and able to speak to higher person. You are stuck.
