After I email them asking about the status of the refund, they say "you have to file a claim" which I've already done. I provided them a RMA and they have not responded. Do not order through GoTrax, plenty of better scooter companies out there that won't steal your money or have terrible customer support.
I have a scooter gotrax used 8 times in one month and the battery not getting changed now I email them and someone told me to give them my address so they can send a new charge after that I didn’t get a new charge to see if that was the problem and I emailed them 3 more time and never get them back to me the phone is only on auto robot no one is answering.
