We have been selling designer eyewear online since 1997 -- that's 23 years 7 months and 25 days. We have earned the trust of our customers, who come back to us for all their eyewear purchases. We value your business and take our responsibilities as your retailer of choice seriously. We will always accomodate any request that is within our capabilities.

Every single pair of glasses that we carry is 100% authentic. All sunglasses, eyeglasses and goggles are ordered directly from their respective manufacturers and then shipped to customers from our New York offices.Please keep in mind that not every pair of eyewear comes with both a case and a cleaning cloth. Some manufacturers omit these addons from their package to cut costs.

Your web site claims you will match prices from another vendor. I sent several emails to Cool Frames questioning your price match policy, and I received no response. I would have expected the courtesy of a response even if the answer was no.

So far I am very unhappy and would like the issues resolved. The scratches are on the frame from their install of the lenses, Not manufacturing defects. Carless lab. Poor taste and experience..

They have terrible customer service and charge a 20% restocking fee for glasses frames that did not fit the lenses from an identical frame number which broke. So, I have no frames from them and was ripped off lots of money.

Extremely disappointing customer service and flexibility. Do not purchase from Coolframes. When I received the glasses they appeared to have been around and handled. Did not appear to be new.
